Return and Refund Policy

We want customers to choose work boots with confidence. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made through this store.

Return window

Return requests should be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, clean, and returned with original packaging when possible.

Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept returns for products that show jobsite wear, outsole wear, damage, stains, odors, missing parts, altered labels, or use beyond indoor try-on. Final sale or clearance items may not be returnable unless required by law.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and photos. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or other solution when appropriate.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank and card processing times vary.

Return shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided after a return request is reviewed. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
