Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
At HANDMEN, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original condition with all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Work boots that show signs of wear, dirt, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return unless they are confirmed to be defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at tony@dqgroupinc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tony@dqgroupinc.com. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will review your claim promptly and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been worn or used.
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance, closeout, or final sale items (unless required by applicable law).
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order after your return has been approved. This is the fastest and most efficient way to receive your replacement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If the return is due to:
- Our shipping error;
- A defective product; or
- An incorrect item sent by us,
we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to complete the transaction.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped.
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this Refund Policy.
