Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you by email.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
HANDMEN is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at tony@dqgroupinc.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We may expand international shipping in the future.
